Using washers I used mod podge and added paper to three washers. I then cut around the edges of the paper. Then the two smaller washers were glued to the top of the larger one and then reinforce with ribbon. Then it was looped through the large washer and a bead was added.

To make an autograph book I just used a regular notebook then added a quote and paper and ribbon using mod podge to add it on.
